Not long ago we were fortunate enough to invite our readers to get tickets for the screening of Disney’s 50th animated film, TANGLED.
Now, we are happy to share the DVD / Blu-Ray release this March 29th
TANGLED is a wonderful contemporary spin on a well loved story. . The theme of independence and gaining confidence through trying new things is central to the film, something that as parents we find ourselves encouraging our children to do and learn. After all discovery and traveling are powerful educational tools that make learning fun and easier. Rapunzel serves as a wonderful strong role model.
The film has a something for everyone: action, comedy, singing, heart and of course, 70 feet of hair!
Here is the synopsis of the film:
Walt Disney Pictures presents its 50th animated film: TANGLED, one of the most hilarious, hair-raising tales ever told. When the kingdom’s most wanted—and most charming—bandit Flynn Rider (voice of ZACHARY LEVI) hides out in a mysterious tower, he’s taken hostage by Rapunzel (voice of MANDY MOORE), a beautiful and feisty tower-bound teen with 70 feet of magical, golden hair. Flynn’s curious captor, who’s looking for her ticket out of the tower where she’s been locked away for years, strikes a deal with the handsome thief and the unlikely duo sets off on an action-packed escapade, complete with a super-cop horse, an over-protective chameleon and a gruff gang of pub thugs. In theaters this holiday season in Disney Digital 3D™, TANGLED is a story of adventure, heart, humor and hair—lots of hair.
