As a new mom, I was determined to teach and show my baby the ways of healthy living. Eating right, and exercising were top on the list for both of us.
After baby, I did want to get back into my gym routine and shed the “baby fat” as fast as I could, but really going to the gym was logistically hard, and I wasn’t ready to part from new child. The solution then was jogging together!
