Britax has introduced two innovative car seats. The Frontier 90 and the Pinnacle 90.
Here is why it is such great news - I remember the days when my son’s grandparents did not have a car seat. It was a real hassle every time we had to switch the seat from one car to the other. Living in South Florida, it was no fun having to do this in the scorching heat. I had to get myself inside the car, put my knee against the back of the seat and pull the strap as hard as I could several times until it was tight. By the time I was done, I was soaked and aggravated. This was done two, three, maybe even four times a week. I dreaded each time I had to switch the car seat. Needles to say this was not a Britax car seat. I finally gave in and bought and additional car seat for grandpa and grandma’s car. Thanks to Britax there is no need to go through the hassle and it can now be done with minimal effort.

Both of the new seats, the Frontier 90 and Pinnacle 90 feature the new ClickTight Installation System, which makes car seat installation a breeze in only three easy steps. It is a secure system that enables you to use the car’s seat belt to achieve a safe and secure installation throughout the life of the seat, in harness mode, regardless of the child’s weight.

Both seats feature Britax Safety Technologies and have superior head safety protection. The SafeCell Technology compresses and lowers the center of gravity and reduces forward head movement, steel bars that enforces the seat’s connection to the car, reducing forward flexing, and energy absorbing Versa-Tether, which is designed to slow forward movement. The Frontier 90 and Pinnacle 90 offer True Side Impact Protection, which provides an extra layer of EPP foam to contain a child’s head, neck and body and keep the child’s head aligned in the event of an accident.

Additionally, the Pinnacle 90 also features energy managing Side Impact Cushion Technology, which diverts crash forces away from a child and provides extra protection to the adjacent passenger.

As you can see, Britax offers amazing safety features, and as important as that is, it doesn’t stop there because the company thinks of the little passengers as well as about their care takers. We say this in particular thinking of the ease of use, which makes them even more enticing.
Another great feature is the EZ Buckle system of these car seats that holds the buckle forward so you won’t have to lift your child’s legs up to find it. The harness is tangle free, front adjust recline, cup holders, storage, several buckle positions, fixed armrests, comfort foam and the cover can be easily removed.
