We really don't need an excuse to get us in the mood for seafood or fish. However, with Valentine's in the horizon, a celebration is in order, and so in a timely fashion, our friends from BoneFish Grill invited us over to savor their superb menu. For those of you thinking of a romantic meal at BoneFish Grill, we are happy to share that there is a lovely prix fix menu starting February 11 through the 17th for $29.99 per person. The menu for this Valentine's Day includes the delectable favorite Steak and Lobster Duet as well as a House or Caesar salad per guest and one brownie dessert to share. Sounds amazing to me! This fantastic menu is also available for lunch on Valentine's day!
A little about BoneFish Grill. It was founded in St. Petersburg, Florida. Sounds right to us that someone in Florida is an authority in fresh fish and menu's that include the freshest ingredients available.
When you first enter the restaurant, you are greeted by a intimate ambiance and sophisticated marine decor.

At your table, the menu really has every tittle jump out at you with names like bang bang shrimp and pecan Parmesan rainbow trout
When we entered the restaurant I did not tell them I was there to experience them first hand for a review. Instead I asked if I could see the food before I ate the. Without thinking twice about my strange request the manager introduced me to the kitchen manager who in the kitchen showed me a few dishes, explained to me what they where a bit on how they were made, and how they gave it their last TLC with garnishes before sending off to hungry guests. I was taken aback.

Not only was I a guest at their kitchen in the middle of a very busy operation, but I was given the attention and service before even sitting down at the table. With no reservations, and with all the courtesy, genuine interest in sharing with me finished product of the kitchen a very gracious manager did not hurry me out, and made sure my curiosity was satisfied before sending me back into the dinning room. Needless to say I was blown away and grateful for such professionalism of all involved as well as appreciative of their customer service and willingness to comply with my unorthodox request.
All waiters were curious about me in the kitchen, but everyone was welcoming and all smiles.

See you again soon to enjoy the best overall dinning experience in a chain restaurant. Gratitude and appreciation to you in bundles. Kudos to Everett Wheatley restaurant manager for such a wonderful team because everyone from the greeters to the bus boys we encounter were a pleasure.

If you are ready for a family celebration, make it a Sunday brunch at BoneFish grill! Available from 11:00 ad to 2:00pm this is definitively not your average brunch, indulge in their new menu filled with brunch classics with a spin of inspiration and flair! You can now choose, for example, between the beloved Traditional Eggs Benedict and other new menu additions including Surf and Turf Eggs Benedict, Huevos Benedictos with crispy corn tortillas and chorizo, and Spinach and Mushroom Eggs Benedict. Delicioso!! Cajun Shrimp Omelet are also on the menu, and upon request you can substitute for egg whites upon request.
Nothing beats a brunch that includes lobster, and poached eggs in the Surf and Turf Eggs Benedict. However, the restaurant does not stop at the food because mixologist a giving the classic Bloody Mary a zesty new twist. Each Bloody Mary will be prepared fresh-to-order and garnished with either a stuffed spicy cherry pepper or jumbo shrimp. For the cherry on top for many, it doesn't have to be Happy Hour to indulge in the “Endless Bubbles Brunch” for Endless Bellinis or Mimosas.
Ah yes, this has to be the perfect closing to your weekend as you indulge in fabulous food served with the chef's coat service you are accustomed to at your favorite seafood restaurant BoneFish Grill.
