discovering and enjoying Chromecast.
We have been trying to cut down on expenses on our budget and
have done a pretty good job, but we had reluctantly kept our cable on because
we love watching movies at home all together.
Little did I know there was something at Staples that could help me do

What is Chromecast? It is
a fantastic little thing that allows you to send music, videos or anything on

oversized memory stick. It plugs easily

2. Switch input and set up at goggle.com/chromecast/setup
3. Make some popcorn and use
The entire process took us a little under 2 minutes
Chromecast is controlled entirely by your phone, tablet, and/or
computer -- specifically, the apps you already have and use on those devices. As long as all devices are connected to the
same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast, you are good to go. Again, no extra set ups required here either. Another big plus for me was the fact that
besides cutting down on items on my budget, I want to eliminate as many cables
as possible around the house. Lucky for
me, no need for visible cables to connect Chromecast
Little one wanted to watch The Croods, of course one of the few
movies we don’t have, so I went to the Netflix app on my phone, hit play on the
app, tapped the icon to direct movie to my TV and voila, done. I love how there is no need for additional
navigation, steps, no dealing with TV menus or additional remotes to learn to
use to make it a reality on your TV screen.
We have watched cooking instructions on You Tube, read my blog
on my TV, caught up to entire series seasons that we were yet to watch and saw countless
movies with no glitches, delays of streaming or any hiccup at all. We have used the computer, the smart phones
and our tables as remote controls, and still can’t find that one works better
than the other, they all run smoothly with Chromecast.
It has been great for grandma who has been squinting on her
phone to see her You Tube DIY videos, and now she is totally enjoying all of
her tutorials on our bigger TV screen thanks to how easy it is to using the
phone as a remote control. Now she is
making more projects than ever before!
