Summer is here! For many engaged that means their #TargetWedding day is upon them! For me, there is nothing like making sure I get the soon to be married couples the perfect gift while personalizing it a bit for them. I told you about my vacuum cleaner gift from their Target Registry for my brother in law. We gave them their a vacuum cleaner but gave them our own touch offering a tree topper for their Christmas tree.

We agree there is a lot of fun putting the bridal registry together, and more so at Target where, at least I, want one of everything every time I walk in. Nesspresso coffee machines, Calphalon pots and pans, Kitchen aid mixers, adorable salt and pepper shakers for every taste and stylish serving and bar ware are perfect choices for every household, specially for those starting fresh with their wedding celebrations.
Once the wedding festivities are over, the couples will find plenty of ways to use all of their gifts. With summer in full swing, I am sure I will be invited to plenty backyard get togethers and BBQs. So, anticipating this, I am getting ready to offer their future favorite gifts :-), or at least something they will want to use right away. I have been invited to the wedding of a couple who is moving to the USA three weeks before the wedding. She is my long telecommuting co-worker who is bringing her foreign beau to immerse their new life into American culture. I have chosen a gift of their Target Registry: the Soda Stream I love bubbles, and I think this is a fun gift that gives the flexibility of a quick "honey let me do something delish for your right away" that honeymooners will want to offer their sweetheart.
As making soda at home will easily make our friends experts on refreshing drinks, I am sure they will be offering guests a chance to try their homemade soda. So, I am going to be pairing the fabulous Soda Stream to the Beverage Dispenser. It will make it easier for the couple to make a bigger batch and store it in a practical way for us to serve ourselves while they get busy showing us around their love nest. What caught my eye is the chalk board on the actual dispenser which will make it very clear to all of us what the couple have made for us to quench our thirst. Plus I think it will link smoothly with their love story..

Talking about chalk boards, this menu board will also be a great addition to the gift I will offer them.
I am already very excited at the combination of gifts I will be taking to the wedding because it screams the couple's style and "how we met story"!
My co-worker loves planning, so this menu chalkboard will be used to make an accessible, at-a-glance menu to keep in mind and then use it to unveil to us what we will be tasting at their summer soirees.
It will also remind her of how she meet her husband in France while he was changing the menu of the day on a board and she approached him because she was sure he has misspelled a word, even though he is the native speaker and she was just a tourist with basic language skills - Oh lala!
Talk about Fireworks....Oh yes, Target also has those available at my store. Guess what, I couldn't resist putting it in the basket to finish personalizing my gift for my soon to be married couple. I can just picture all of my gifts put to use for their first outdoor get together. They better invite me to the firework display, ha ha ha.
