Take the #MuyLatinas Smoothie-A-Day Challenge! #SmoothieChallengeMLN

As we continue to enjoy our summer, the foods of the season, picnics, keep hydrated and indulge in little foodie sins here and there, we want to share with you a great opportunity to discover great smoothie recipes to improve our intake of fruits and veggies while we savor delicious and refreshing drinks for the heat of July and August.

MuyLatinas Blogger Network wants to invite you to join us for 7 days for a smoothie challenge. On Friday August 1st, 2014 we will be starting a "Smoothie a Day Challenge" that will last for seven days. The idea behind this challenge is that we want to encourage everyone in a fun way to have veggies and fruits every day.  We are sure you are going to find something amazing, different and delicious!
So ‪#‎Muylatinas‬ is challenging you to drink at least one (1) smoothie every day for 7 days. 
To make it more interesting for everyone we will have a prize at the end of the challenge for one lucky (hopefully #smoothiechallengeMLN enthusiast) winner.

We will share some recipes with you, but you can create your own smoothies and share the recipe with us and other participants. Tell us what are your favorite ingredients. You can use as many fruits or veggies as you want. Give us your tips!
At the end of the 7 days we will select one lucky winner who will receive a Magic Bullet Blender to continue the smoothie joy.
