Do you love a good Twitter Party? You know we do and we’re excited to host a party to share our Hispanic Heritage and our flavors or in Spanish as #NuestroSabor! On Friday, September 19, from 1-2 pm ET, please join us for the #NuestroSabor Twitter Party where we’ll be discussing family recipes, what Hispanic Heritage means to us, how we celebrate with our family, and giving you a chance to win prizes!
September celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month. Honestly, we celebrate it all year long by carrying out day in and day out some of our traditions with our families. These traditions have now become an integral part of our family life. Of course, these traditions bring us back great memories. Abuelita, La Lechera and Nescafe do just that for us. Never was there a home of a tia (aunt) Abuela (grandmother) or friend where a cup of Nescafe cafecito was not ready to be offered. La Lechera was our dessert of choice and we always had a small pack of it in our lunch boxes for school. We would warm up to Abuelita chocolate, and sometimes dump cheese into it so it would melt and mix with the chocolate flavor. Te gusta una buena fiesta de Twitter? Sabes que a nosotros nos encantan y estamos emocionados de tener una fiesta para celebrar nuestra herencia hispana, y #NuestroSabor! El viernes 19 de septiembre te estaremos esperando para la fiesta de Twitter #NuestroSabor de 1 a 2pm ET. Estaremos hablando sobre recetas, lo que significa el mes de la hispanidad, como lo celebramos con nuestras familias y por supuesto dándote la oportunidad de ganar premios!
Septiembre celebra el mes
de la hispanidad. Honestamente, nosotros lo celebramos a lo largo del año al
compartir cada día nuestros rituales familiares. Como es de esperarse, estas
costumbres y rituales nos traen fabulosos recuerdos de nuestra niñez. Abuelita, La Lechera y
Nescafe son marcas que nos llevan a
nuestra infancia rápidamente. Nunca visitamos a una tía, abuela, vecina o casa
de amigos donde no se ofreciera y tuviera a la mano una tacita de cafecito
Nescafe. La Lechera no podía faltar en nuestras loncheras y era nuestro
postre favorito. Nos calentábamos con un buen chocolate Abuelita, al que
de vez en cuando le agregábamos rodajas de queso para que se derritiera con el
el calor del chocolate. Ah, que recuerdos! Me encanta como ahora nuestros hijos
disfrutan de estas mismas cosas en nuestro hogar y a su vez comparten con sus
