The holiday spell really begins for us with Halloween, but that might be too early for most families. Regardless what our start dates are or what we individually celebrate, we are all headed to the festive path with Thanksgiving around the corner.
Just in time for some family activities during the start of the rushed and busy holiday season Tangled, the 50th animated film of Disney will be in theaters on November 24th.
The film is one of the most hilarious, hair-raising tales ever told, about Rapunzel (voice of MANDY MOORE), a feisty tower-bound teen girl with 70 feet of magical, golden hair who breaks free from her tower to with the help of Flynn Ryder he kingdom’s most wanted—and most charming—bandit (voice of ZACHARY LEVI)
The unlikely duo sets off on an action-packed escapade, to explore the world in an adventure complete with a super-cop horse, an over-protective chameleon and a gruff gang of pub thugs. All while Rapunzel embraces her newfound independence.
Tangled is a wonderful contemporary spin on a well loved story. It’s a fun film, perfect for the entire. The theme of independence and gaining confidence through trying new things is central to the film, something that as parents we find ourselves encouraging our children to do and learn. After all discovery and traveling are powerful educational tools that make learning fun and easier. Rapunzel does serve as a magnificent strong role model. Additionally, the film has a something for everyone: action, comedy, singing, heart and of course, 70 feet of hair!
